Tiffany is the founder of Nesfield Performance, where she works with busy professionals, active adults, and athletes to build strength, improve movement, and perform at a higher level in everyday life.
With a background in sports performance, Tiffany has trained athletes of all levels to refine movement and enhance performance. Over time, she recognized that these same principles extend far beyond sports—supporting professionals managing stress, parents balancing demanding schedules, and adults who want to stay active and independent as they age.
This perspective shaped the foundation of Nesfield Performance: a focus on movement as the key to long-term health, resilience, and quality of life. Tiffany’s approach goes beyond exercise, helping clients understand their bodies, overcome pain, and develop the strength and confidence to live and perform at their best.
